Elaborated from the albariño grape selection from the picota and terruño vineyards in Salnés Region, which are located in Arousa´s Estuary where the central european friars lande don their way to Santiago de Compostela. This wine is elaborated with the strains legacy that the friars planted in those parcels, keeping the traditional oenological practices.


White wine, Young, clear pale yellow colour, very bright, attractive aroma characteristic of the variety albariño, intense, delicated and floral. Full- bodied in mouth resulting balance of the alcoholic strenght and acidity. Good harmony and lingering.


This wine pairs perfectly to any Galician cuisine dish, grilled fish, seafood, white meat, fresh cheese, etc.
