From the residual fermented albariño grape pulp (bagasse), where the first fraction and the last one is separated and only the grapes seed are used.
Bright, crystalline, primary aromas obtained from the grape variety and fermentative aromas from the fermentation broken down sugars. Well- balanced with predominant apple notes. Warmth feeling at entry of the palate, structured and voluminous aftertaste. A spirit for pairing a good dessert.
